1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable
- Electrical items that have been used or installed
- Customized or special order items
- Perishable items
- Items marked as final sale
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. The amount refunded will exclude any shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] with details and photos of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
